“Thriving Forward” is a transformative
10 week online health & fitness journey for mums
who want to lose weight, get fit and strong & cultivate a positive relationship to exercise, food and their postpartum bodies,
once and for all.
Over an intimate 10 week transformative journey I will personally coach & guide you from surviving to thriving using both my professional experience of 7 yrs as a pre & post natal exercise & nutrition coach and my personal experience as a mother of 3 with 3 fit & strong pregnancies & postpartum recoveries.
I will personally tailor a health protocol for you that includes postpartum workouts, meal plans & recipes, weekly check ins, accountability & education - helping you FINALLY get to your postpartum health & fitness goals you’ve been longing for.
I will firsthand expose you to the sustainable and realistic methods that I have helped 100s of mums implement successfully in their lives over the last 7 years to get incredible, long lasting health & fitness results - even in the busiest season of their life (motherhood)

what You Get…

Get fit & strong in short- yet effective - postpartum-safe workouts that can be easily performed from gym or home with a small list of equipment.
Choose from 2, 3 or 4 workouts/per week (yep, that’s all you need to get epic results).
All workouts are suitable to all fitness levels and are easily accessed & tracked via my very own fitness app that includes video demonstrations, sets & reps tracker + more, .
I will show you that regular exercise as a mum can not only be enjoyable, but achievable too

Get 10 weeks of delicious & nutritious recipes & meal plans not only you, but the whole family will love. Meal plans focus on a “whole-foods” approach combined with “flexible dieting”, which means there are no hardcore diets, restrictions or exclusions of major food groups included .
Instead - you will be provided with hi-protein satisfying and nourishing recipes + meal plans that are budget friendly & designed to give you keep you satisfied & sustained, individually tailored to your preferences and goals (including fat loss and/or building muscle). Breastfeeding safe too.

You will be given exclusive access to a private group chat for the 10 weeks with your fellow “thriving forward” mums + me.
Inside this chat each week I will guide, educate and keep you all accountable to the mindset & habits that are required to GET and KEEP long term results . This is where the real work lies (staying consistent) and I will be there to hold your hand every step of the way so this program isn’t just another fad you try.
