I am here to use my voice in all it’s forms to inspire people to move, think & feel differently.
I am Rachel Giampietro, proud mama of 2 children (so far 😉 ) , wife to an incredible husband, Nick, who I serve alongside through Strong Fams.
Some of the ways I currently serve/share my gifts are:

but - above all - the favourite thing I “do” and my greatest pride & joy is being a mother.
When I became a mother, everything changed for me and I had a huge desire to live my life so much purposefully than I had ever lived before.
Being a typical pisces and manifesting generator in human design, I am a multi-passionate and multi-faceted soul and there are many, contrasted things that set my soul on fire and that I love to create & birth (especially babies haha)
I have spent the last 10 years intentionally shaping my life to ensure that everything I touch or taste and experience leaves me living a life rich in health & vitality, freedom, connection, and growth.
These are my core values and this is evident in my coaching & mentoring & teaching approach but ultimately, in the life I live.
